Greg is a legend in the field of commercial real estate in York County. Greg started out at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in engineering drafting, but soon found his way out from behind the drawing table to sell real estate parttime, then full time, and then commercial real estate. Greg has over 30 years of experience involving the full gamut of industrial, manufacturing, retail, office, shopping center and multi-family properties. He handles everything from raw commercial land to turnkey operations. Greg knows everybody, and everybody knows Greg. He has probably sold more restaurants and taverns than any commercial realtor in the area.

Greg works hard and plays hard. He is into BMX bike racing where he usually races people almost half his age. Greg is one of the most positive people you will ever meet and he brings great enthusiasm to the job! His lovely wife, Cyndee, runs his home office in Dallastown. “Greg Smith does deals!”

John Lanehart is a young man with a wealth of experience. He has the very best kind of education in commercial real estate - “on-the-job training”. John went to college to study Special Education to work with special needs children. Many years ago, his father-in-law took John into the family restaurant and real estate investment business. As General Manager of the family restaurant and real estate business, John has gained practical knowledge and experience no college degree can provide. He has taken raw land from concept to completion, receiving valuable experience in obtaining financing, seeking municipal and state approvals and the supervision of construction. John has personally developed condominium townhouse units and a strip shopping center. John is our Property Management specialist due to his extensive experience in this area of commercial real estate. John balances his busy life by taking his wife, Angelina, and two sons hiking, biking, fishing, camping and any other activity that can be enjoyed in the great outdoors. John also loves music and is an accomplished bass player. He appears locally with several music groups and has been involved in recording projects. He is a man of many talents.
